1. Service Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Clients may cancel their scheduled service within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work already completed or materials purchased.
  • Once any physical work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

2. Deposit and Pre-Payment Refunds

  • If a deposit or pre-payment has been made for the service, it will be refunded only if the service is canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above.
  • If materials have been purchased specifically for your project, these costs will not be refunded once the order has been placed.

3. Quality of Service and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days to discuss the issue. We will work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction or offer a partial refund if necessary, subject to review.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
